Cross Country County Finals 19/11/24
On Tuesday Ennis National School had 30 children running in the county cross country finals having qualified from the divisional competition held in October. Everyone did their best on the day resulting in us coming 2nd place in the overall school’s competition.
We had 5 teams competing with 4 of them finishing in medal positions. Our girls u/10s got gold, girl’s o/10 4th, girl’s u/8 bronze and our boys u/10 team got bronze.
Along with team medals we also had some individual medal winners who managed to finish in the top 12. These included Julian, Nicky, Hollie, Laoise, Aela and Abigail.
