Return To School Declaration

Thank you for your co-operation in relation to the filling of the Return to Education Declaration form.  It is very important that we continue filling in these forms any time your child is absent and returns to school.  They can be filled in electronically on Aladdin Connect or you can print a copy which is available on our website under the ‘COVID 19 Information’.
