Boys Football
“Having played against CBS, Knockanean, Barefield & Gaelscoil MC, our boy’s football team have progressed to the semi finals of this year’s Cumann na mBunscol competition. Having spoken to the boys after their latest training session, here are some insights to how they are feeling:
“We have improved so much this year and are delighted to have made the semi final”, “We are working much better as a team”, “We have really enjoyed training with Mr O’Loughlin and Mr Walsh”, “We would love to be able to make it to the final”. They have shown great understanding as “it has been a long time since the school has qualified for the semi final so it is a great achievement”.
Clarecastle is the venue for tomorrow’s match versus Ballyea NS – throw in is at 1pm. The boys are looking forward to the game and would love to see as much support as possible! Best of luck boys!!”
