PA Constitution (Version 4)
Voted through at AGM updated version to be posted to school website.

Update on Uniform Review
BOM created the form and it has been sent out to the school community. Any further
questions/queries to be directed to the school

Feedback on PA AGM (new member to be voted in), Internet Safety Talk
Approximately 20 people in total.Internet Safety Talk was well received.
Feedback on Halloween Quiz & Tuc Shop

Thanks, and congratulations, to the school for organising such a great event. The tuc shop
had great support from attendees on the night. Thanks to those who volunteered and
thanks to Stephen Coote for his assistance.

County Photos
Volunteers from PA to assist with this as in previous years. Mr. Troy has a schedule prepared.

Subcommittees for PA Events/Activities
To be discussed again at next meeting.

Facebook page/Social Media
The PA will continue to endeavour to promote our activities and events of interest to parents
on social media.

Activities Directory
Print quote to follow from Real Print. PA members to contact different clubs/groups to ask if
they want to be included.
Profits go towards the sensory room. Half page €50 and €85.
Look at the possibility of creating an online version as well to post on the school website.

Winter Wonderland
Not logistical to run it this year with all the other events happening. This event was
introduced last year in place of the disco and Christmas shows. All the equipment &
decorations bought or donated last year can be used by the school.

Thursday December 8th
– Tuc Shop to be run by the PA.

School Lunch Companies
This was mentioned before a PA meeting in the past but Claire will approach school
management about the idea again and update at the next meeting.

Split the Pot

Walking to/from school – homework passes
Students who walk home from school are currently not able to secure a homework pass (in
comparison to those who walk to school). This was passed on to Mr. Troy in advance of the
meeting.
